As an SMSF Accountant, you will be responsible for processing of client records and the preparation of workpapers and other year-end reports for the review of the SMSF Manager.
You will be provided adequate training and supervision to assist with your ongoing proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process client records into BGL360/Class software.
- Reconcile GST transactions and prepare Business Activity Statements for Funds that are registered for GST.
- Having the ability to recognize client records required and transactions not able to be reconciled for the review of the SMSF manager and discussions with the client.
- Preparation of draft year end reports and workpapers for review
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years as an SMSF accountant
- Proficient in SMSF administration and compliance
- Must have a strong understanding of Australian tax laws and regulations
- Must have familiarity with SMSF software BGL360
- Should have a good SMSF technical knowledge
- Must have an urgency to work to targets and deadline
- Must have an attention to detail
- Must have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a fast and stable internet connection for a work from home arrangement
Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)
