Your Impact

• Ensure Technical Excellence: Lead the preparation and review of complex financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns. Hold the line on quality, ensuring every deliverable meets the rigorous standards of Australian public practice.

• Champion Team Growth: Act as a dedicated mentor to junior and intermediate accountants. Provide pivotal guidance for their professional development, oversee their workflows, and foster a culture of learning.

• Strengthen Client Partnerships: Move beyond the numbers by liaising directly with clients to provide compliance support. Play a key role in supporting managers with high-value advisory tasks and strategic client communications.

What You Bring

• The Experience:A minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm.

• Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Australian tax rules, corporate compliance structures, and the ability to solve complex compliance problems with minimal supervision.

• The Toolkit: A proven track record of supervising team members, managing multiple client portfolios under tight deadlines, and high-level proficiency with Australian accounting software and workflow management tools.
