Role Snapshot

Employment type: Full time

Shift: Day Shift (6AM - 3PM or 7AM - 4PM PHT), Weekends off

Work Setup: Onsite in Makati, with hybrid arrangement (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) after regularization

Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 60,000

What Sets You Up for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of Australian real estate experience in residential or commercial property management (non-negotiable)
  • Knowledge of Australian property management systems and relevant legislation
  • Strong communication skills for handling tenants, landlords, and suppliers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Team player with a customer-focused and solutions-driven mindset

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate booking schedules, routine inspections, and appointments in line with management authority and legislation requirements
  • Monitor daily rent arrears, report updates, and assist with arrears administration as needed
  • Issue tenancy, breach, and other required notices in accordance with legislation and instructions
  • Handle tenant enquiries and requests, escalate to Property Manager, and action approved resolutions
  • Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, lease expiry reports, and related administration within required timelines
  • Execute work orders based on legislation, management authority, and lessor instructions
  • Conduct vacate inspections, arrange quotes, and oversee maintenance and repair coordination
  • Prepare tribunal cases, collate insurance claims, and support compliance documentation
  • Monitor Property Manager emails and provide administrative support as required
  • Confirm appointments and maintain shared calendars for Senior Property Manager through Microsoft Outlook
  • Support ingoing tenant processes including tenancy sign-ups, checklists, and Sign-Up Packs
  • Accurately update all records, tasks, documents, and correspondence in property management systems or files
  • Communicate with lessors, tenants, suppliers, and internal teams via phone and email
  • Attend incoming team calls and return calls to internal staff when required
  • Participate in daily catch-ups, team meetings, training sessions, conferences, and culture activities
  • Adhere to KPIs, office systems, business standards, and performance review processes
  • Escalate known or potential issues promptly to management
  • Maintain a professional corporate presentation and perform other duties as required
