Key Responsibilities
- Payroll processing experience, preferably with Employment Hero (system) experience + Australian payroll experience, but not essential.
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation and posting of month-end journals
- Support month-end close and reporting activities
- Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks as required
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Prior relevant experience
- Experience with accounting systems (Xero experience preferred but not essential)
- Solid Excel skills, including basic formulas and reconciliations

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Systematic, organised approach to tasks and deadlines
