As an AU Paraplanning Admin, you will keep client information organized, coordinate essential administrative processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations that support informed financial decisions. The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 2 years of experience in client services and administrative support
- Experience handling inbound and/or outbound phone calls in a professional environment (no sales or cold calling required)
- Experience working with an Australian-based company or financial services organization is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Your Daily Tasks
- Follow up on action items and provide timely status updates
- Contact external providers to gather required information
- Conduct online research to support business requirements
- Set up and maintain client files in the XPLAN financial planning software
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records
- Prepare client documents, forms, and Excel templates
- Provide general administrative support and complete ad hoc tasks
