Job Description

Deliver Compliant Financial Advice for Australian Wealth Professionals

The success of every financial planning practice depends on well-prepared advice documents, technical research, and compliant documentation. As an Australian Paraplanner, you'll enable advisers to deliver high-quality financial advice by preparing compliant SOAs and ROAs, conducting technical research, and maintaining accurate Xplan records that support informed financial decisions. Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off

Work Setup: Onsite, Makati

Salary: PHP110,000 + Sign-On Bonus

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of Australian paraplanning experience
  • Strong Xplan experience, including preparing and maintaining SOAs, ROAs, client records, and advice documentation
  • Strong understanding of Australian financial planning documentation, compliance standards, and advisory support processes
  • RG146 or Diploma of Financial Planning certification is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear client correspondence and high-quality documentation
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced advisory environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Proactive, results-oriented, solution-focused, and able to work independently while collaborating with advisory teams
  • Strong interpersonal, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to the required work arrangement, with a sign-on bonus available

Your Daily Tasks

  • Develop SOAs, ROAs, financial plans, strategy notes, projections, charts, and calculations aligned with Australian compliance standards
  • Conduct research on advice strategies, investment options, and insurance products to support adviser recommendations
  • Gather and organize technical information, analysis, and supporting documents for advice preparation and client reviews
  • Update Xplan with accurate client records, portfolio details, review notes, and advice documentation
  • Prepare investment, insurance, and other application paperwork required for adviser and client workflows
  • Manage administrative tasks, documentation, and supporting materials for ongoing financial planning services
  • Create professional correspondence and client communication materials on behalf of advisers
