Job Description
As an AU Offshore Sourcing Specialist, you'll partner with recruiters to understand requirements, source and screen candidates, and maintain a talent pipeline. You will engage with professionals globally, manage ATS data, and provide exceptional candidate experiences to support international hiring needs.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Strong Australian recruitment and sourcing experience is a must
- Minimum of 3-5 years managing end-to-end and volume hiring for Australian clients or shared service centers
- Proven success in AU recruitment across construction, manufacturing, logistics, or professional services
- Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Experience in using SEEK Australia
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and social sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Expertise in MS applications (Excel, MS Word) is strongly preferred
- Can start ASAP and work onsite in Ortigas
Your Daily Tasks
- Partner with Recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future hiring needs
- Screen and engage with potential candidates to assess skills and experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
