About The Client (AU/NZ)
A market-leading construction estimating business supporting residential builders across Australia and New Zealand. We specialise in producing clear, structured, and builder-friendly estimate reports that help our clients price projects efficiently and accurately.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our off-shore estimating team in the Philippines. This role is primarily focused on technical estimating support, including plan measurement, material take-offs, and producing estimate documentation for review by our senior estimating team.
Key Responsibilities
- Measuring architectural and structural plans
- Producing detailed quantity take-offs (BOQs)
- Preparing material schedules and trade quantities
- Assisting with the production of full estimate reports
- Completing labour and material breakdowns as instructed
- Supporting senior estimators with variations and tender documentation
- Ensuring estimates are accurate, well-structured, and delivered on time
- Maintaining consistent internal estimating standards and templates
Skills & Experience
- Experience in construction estimating, quantity take-offs, or drafting support
- Ability to read and interpret Australian and New Zealand construction drawings
- Experience using Cubit by Buildsoft is strongly desired
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong numeracy and measurement skills
- Competency in Excel and PDF mark-up tools
- Ability to follow documented processes and instructions
Qualifications (Preferred but Not Essential)
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or similar

Work Schedule (Dayshift)
- Monday to Friday 6AM-3PM (Manila Time)
Work Setup (WFH)
- Permanent Homebased
- Equipment will be provided by the company
