About the Role
- This is no entry-level data pusher gig. As a Senior Credit Analyst, you'll be the engine behind smooth loan submissions, smart credit advice, and seamless settlements. Brokers will love you. Clients will trust you. Lenders will respect you.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Review loan docs and do smart pre-lodgement assessments.
- Prep and lodge full loan apps (ApplyOnline / Flex / BrokerEngine).
- Communicate clearly with lenders, brokers & clients.
- Nail compliance and keep files spotless.
- Keep things moving post-lodgement to approval & settlement.
- Pitch in on pricing, scenarios, and workflow improvements.
Job Requirements:
About YOU
- Experienced in AU mortgage lending (at least 2+ years as a credit analyst).
- Sharp with numbers, sharper with judgment.
- Excellent communicatorclear, calm, and kind.
- Reliable, accountable, and a team-first human.
- You get compliance (NCCP, AML/CTF, BID).
- Pro with BrokerEngine/Flex CRMs and ApplyOnline.

- You've handled mortgage loans end-to-end.
