Job Description

As a Migration Specialist, you&aposll support Registered Migration Agents and Lawyers by managing immigration case files, drafting legal documentation, organizing client submissions, and coordinating key dates and requirements within immigration systems.

Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM); Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite (Makati/Eastwood)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2-3+ years&apos experience supporting Australian migration agents or immigration lawyers
  • 1+ year hands-on experience with LEAP Migration Manager (Migration Manager) software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and spoken English, professional tone and grammar
  • Accurate data entry and strong file, document, and database management
  • High organization and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Consistent professionalism, integrity, and strict confidentiality in client interactions
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite in Makati or Eastwood

Your Daily Tasks

  • Assist RMAs and Lawyers with admin tasks for immigration applications using practice management software.
  • Create and manage client files, service agreements, Dropbox folders, deposit requests, and VEVO checks.
  • Track visa expiry dates, health exam deadlines, police clearance statuses, and grant notifications.
  • Draft documents checklists, Client Information Questionnaires (CIQs), and organize files for immigration system uploads.
  • Draft letters, written submissions, and immigration forms for clients in immiaccount and paper formats.
  • Update forms per client or lawyer feedback and maintain accurate database records.
  • Coordinate passport updates and guide clients through health/police clearance procedures.
