Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field, or currently completing a Law degree; Philippine or international qualifications welcome
- At least 3 years of experience in case management, senior paralegal work, legal operations, or high-stakes client/stakeholder management
- International client, cross-border legal, or multicultural/multi-territory experience is required, with demonstrated exposure to international professional environments
- Background as a Senior Paralegal, Case Manager, Case Management Specialist, lawyer, or similar legal professional highly preferred
- Proven experience managing complex cases, documentation, deadlines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders from initiation through completion
- Experience with Australian lawyers, expert witnesses, or Australian legal matters is an advantage
- Strong client relationship, stakeholder, and conflict management skills, including handling sensitive or challenging conversations
- Excellent organization, prioritization, judgment, accuracy, and attention to detail across multiple active cases and tight deadlines
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar industries, technical subjects, and case requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office applications
- Willing and able to attend quarterly onsite team gatherings in Quezon City
Responsibilities
Case and Stakeholder Management
- Own complex cases from initial engagement through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality requirements are achieved
- Serve as the key client contact, managing expectations, providing proactive updates, and resolving concerns professionally
- Agree on fees, commercial terms, and prepayment requirements before case commencement
- Translate client briefs into clear milestones and deliverables for expert witnesses
- Track case direction, deadlines, expert progress, and risks, taking early action when issues emerge
- Maintain client confidence through practical solutions and responsive communication during high-pressure matters
Expert and Quality Coordination
- Work with the Sourcing team to identify expert witnesses aligned with each case
- Guide experts throughout engagements based on individual experience and working preferences
- Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure reports meet quality and legal admissibility standards
Team Contribution
- Recommend improvements to case management processes and operational workflows
- Share case insights, best practices, and lessons learned across the business
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
