About the Company

Intro Personnel is hiring on behalf of one of Queensland's leading financial planning, accounting, and lending firms that provides professional services to medical professionals and private clients across Australia.

About the Role

If you have 1–2 years of Australian accounting or bookkeeping experience and are looking to build your career with an established Australian firm, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for Australian clients
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
  • Assist with payroll processing and superannuation requirements
  • Prepare or assist with BAS and GST-related bookkeeping tasks
  • Support month-end and year-end accounting activities
  • Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and client requirements

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Australian bookkeeping or accounting
  • Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
  • Working knowledge of Australian bookkeeping practices, including GST and BAS
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Employment Details

  • 100% onsite in Makati City or Bonifacio Global City (BGC)
  • 1-year renewable contract
  • Engagement will be under either: Project Hire, or Independent Contractor arrangement
