About the Role

UpSource is hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns and social media presence for our Australian real estate client, Cartesian Property Group.

The primary goal of this role is generating high-quality leads, lowering cost-per-lead (CPL), and driving digital engagement across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads (Search/Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Analytics & Optimization: Track metrics including CPL, ROI, conversions, and ad spend budget; perform audience and creative testing.
Content Creation: Write compelling ad copy, post captions, basic graphic assets, and short-form video/reel content.
Content Management: Maintain a regular posting schedule across social channels and update digital marketing collateral/landing pages as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Paid Ads: Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads manager.
Content & Design: Skilled in social content creation using tools like Canva or simple video editing applications.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (copywriting focus).
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using campaign data to drive performance improvements.
Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience marketing in the Property or Real Estate sector is a strong plus!

Compensation and Work Setup

Role Type: Independent Contractor
Pay Rate: 45,000.00/month
Schedule: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday (Fixed Weekends Off)
Work Set-Up: Onsite
Location: Park Centrale, IT Park, Cebu City
