Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping operations
- Lead month-end close activities, reviews, and payroll checks
- Manage team performance, utilization, and development plans
- Conduct regular team huddles and resolve delivery risks
- Establish and maintain internal controls and best practices
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications & Experien
- ce:Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance (CPA preferred)
- At least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role (ANZ exposure)
- rStrong people management and decision-making skills
- Experience in offshore/BPO accounting environments
