ATM Operations Support Specialist

About the role

The ATM Operations Support Specialist is primarily responsible for monitoring ATMs, responding to internal and external customers via phone and email, and providing technical support to technicians in the field.

What you'll be doing

• Troubleshoot, dispatch, and monitor ATMs via phone and internet in a office environment.
• Follow up on tech dispatches from creation through completion.
• Escalation of open dispatches when SLA is breached.
• Provide professional support to customers and technicians.
• Perform related duties as business needs present themselves, within your scope of practice
• Compile daily status reports on customer accounts.

What we're looking for

• Basic computer knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook and Excel)

• Proactively monitor ATMs for errors with minimal supervision

• Troubleshooting ability and interest (ability to ask probing questions to discover the cause of an issue)
