Atlassian Developer Senior Analyst

We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator/Specialist with at least 2 years of experience managing and supporting Atlassian tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and maintaining Atlassian platforms to support business and project delivery needs.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Jira Service Management.

Configure and manage workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, dashboards, and automation rules.

Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot system issues, and implement upgrades and patches.

Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and access controls across Atlassian environments.

Design, implement, and maintain integrations with third-party applications and plugins.

Develop and enforce governance standards, naming conventions, and platform best practices.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training to project teams and stakeholders.

Automate repetitive administrative tasks and continuously improve platform efficiency.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Stay current with Atlassian product updates and recommend enhancements to improve platform capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience administering Atlassian products or similar collaboration and project management platforms.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Jira Service Management.

Strong understanding of workflows, permissions, schemes, dashboards, and automation.

Experience with Atlassian Marketplace applications and third-party integrations.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, ITSM, or DevOps practices.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Atlassian certifications are preferred but not required.

Preferred Common Background For Both Roles

2+ years supporting, administering, or migrating Atlassian environments.

Experience in Application Support, DevOps, Software Engineering, System Administration, IT Operations, or Enterprise Collaboration Platforms.

Exposure to Cloud migration, CI/CD tooling, ITSM processes, or enterprise application integrations.

Experience working with global teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced delivery environment.
