Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Campaign Marketing Manager plans, executes, and optimizes integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, social, and out-of-home channels. This role requires a data-driven, results-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and media suppliers to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Planning & Buying: Develop and execute media plans across all channels (radio, print, digital, social media, OOH, etc.).; negotiate rates and placements; monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee campaign implementation, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and consistency; coordinate with creative teams and vendors.
  • Agency & Supplier Management: Build relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and evaluate agency performance.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare actionable reports.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets; track expenses and reconcile invoices.
  • Documentation & Communication: Maintain campaign records and communicate updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on marketing trends, technologies, and opportunities.
