As an Assurance Staff, you'll conduct financial and operational audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. You'll analyze financial statements, identify risks, and recommend improvements. Collaborating with teams, you'll implement process enhancements and assist in audit planning. Staying updated with industry trends, you'll contribute to special projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing audit of client financial statements under supervision of senior personnel on team
• Assist in completing audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings
• Research and develop knowledge of current audit legislation to ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations
• Collect, assimilate, and analyze client data and use standard processes and tools to complete assigned project work
• Assist in identifying technical issues in various projects and share suggestions with senior personnel to mitigate the same
• Recommend on ways to streamline operations and increase client satisfaction
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to auditing and financial reporting
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant is preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Audit
• Exhibit high attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communications skills
• Strong proficiency in the use of technology and basic PC applications (Excel, Word)

• Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps

• Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace
