Location: Philippines

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assurance Core Manager to lead engagement teams, strengthen client relationships, and ensure high-quality assurance service delivery across a portfolio of global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates.
• Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Manage resource allocation, engagement finances, workflow, and risk management.
• Build strong relationships with engagement teams and key stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance reviews and training.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve service delivery.
• Support the transition of new engagements while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
• Promote continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and team development.

Requirements

• Qualified CPA with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting and auditing standards, particularly IFRS or UK GAAP.
• Proven project management, leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred: Financial Services industry experience and experience working with international teams.
