Will manage the final phase of construction projects, bridging the gap between construction completion and client hand over.
- Responsible for conducting final inspection, creating punch list, repairing deficiencies, preparing documents and ensuring units meet quality standards before turning them over to the owners.
- Unit validation and inspection, conducting thorough inspection ( Punch listing), ensure they they are complete and match the approved plans
- Preparing turn over reports, acceptance documents, and checklist for clients signature
- Coordinating between project development, construction and Sales Team.
