Role Description The Asst Manager Supply Chain is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, purchasing, and distribution of pharmaceutical products. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and compliant delivery, as well as monitoring stock levels and optimizing order cycles. The Asst Manager Supply Chain will support process improvement initiatives, maintain adherence to regulatory and quality standards, and generate reports and analyses to guide operational decisions. This role also assists in risk management, cost control, and implementation of supply chain systems and best practices to maintain a secure and efficient supply chain framework.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination, preferably within pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
• Experience with procurement, vendor management, and logistics operations, including importation and distribution activities.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare operational reports, and use supply chain or ERP systems to support decision-making.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality compliance standards related to pharmaceuticals, importation, and warehousing.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with attention to detail and process discipline.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Well-versed in Miscrosoft excel and google.
• Knowlegeable in SAP ECC, S4 Hana, Business One is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in supply chain or logistics is preferred.
