Essential Duties:
- Act as the main point-of-contact for the live production of webcasts, recordings and live trainings for Notified Streaming Products
- Learn and stay current with the live webcasting aspects of all Notified streaming products
- Understand workflows related to Notified platforms and all webcasting types
- Employ those workflows as appropriate for client sessions
- Work with Webcast Managers to ensure all client requests are fulfilled
- Use platform knowledge to troubleshoot issues quickly and decisively
- Escalate problems quickly and accurately
- Provide a high level of customer support during live webcast sessions, focusing on client needs and building a rapport with speakers and client stakeholders
- Process webcast media to client specifications after live webcasts conclude
- Provide detailed feedback about the status of ongoing and completed events
- Help to support configuration and other projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in Communications, Film, Marketing or a related field. Experience in similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
- 1-2 year of webcasting, video production or other content or creative production
- 1 year of project coordination experience is desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, multi-lingual is a plus
- Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite of Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) desirable
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and AV peripherals
- Basic understanding of networking and IT systems desirable
- Video Encoding Experience desirable
- Knowledge/Experience of Live Streaming / On-Demand Streaming desirable
