Summary

As an Associate Webcast Producer, you will support the planning and production of live webcast events, provide technical and customer support, and work closely with Webcast Managers to ensure a seamless experience for clients, speakers and stakeholders. Work Schedule

This position follows anywhere between 1:00PM - 1:00AM PH time, but this is also reviewed and adjusted on a quarterly basis, based on business needs. Flexibility is required to support live events outside standard business hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends as business needs dictate.

Essential Duties:

• Act as the main point-of-contact for the live production of webcasts, recordings and live training for Notified Streaming Products
• Learn and stay current with the live webcasting aspects of all Notified streaming products
• Understand workflows related to Notified platforms and all webcasting types
• Employ those workflows as appropriate for client sessions
• Work with Webcast Managers to ensure all client requests are fulfilled
• Use platform knowledge to troubleshoot issues quickly and decisively
• Escalate problems quickly and accurately
• Provide a high level of customer support during live webcast sessions, focusing on client needs and building a rapport with speakers and client stakeholders
• Process webcast media to client specifications after live webcasts conclude
• Provide detailed feedback about the status of ongoing and completed events
• Help to support configuration and other projects as needed

Location

This role will be based out of Notified Office located on the 14th Floor, AIA Tower (formely Philam Life Tower), 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Bel-Air, Makati City. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in Communications, Film, Marketing or a related field. Experience in similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
• 1-2 years of webcasting, video production or other content or creative production
• 1 year of project coordination experience is desirable
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, multi-lingual is a plus
• Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite of Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) desirable
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and AV peripherals
• Basic understanding of networking and IT systems desirable
• Video Encoding Experience desirable
• Knowledge/Experience of Live Streaming / On-Demand Streaming desirable
