Essential Duties:

Act as the main point-of-contact for the live production of webcasts, recordings and live trainings for Notified Streaming Products
Learn and stay current with the live webcasting aspects of all Notified streaming products
Understand workflows related to Notified platforms and all webcasting types
Employ those workflows as appropriate for client sessions
Work with Webcast Managers to ensure all client requests are fulfilled
Use platform knowledge to troubleshoot issues quickly and decisively
Escalate problems quickly and accurately
Provide a high level of customer support during live webcast sessions, focusing on client needs and building a rapport with speakers and client stakeholders
Process webcast media to client specifications after live webcasts conclude
Provide detailed feedback about the status of ongoing and completed events
Help to support configuration and other projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in Communications, Film, Marketing or a related field. Experience in similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
1-2 year of webcasting, video production or other content or creative production
1 year of project coordination experience is desirable
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, multi-lingual is a plus
Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
Knowledge of Adobe Suite of Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) desirable
Strong understanding of computer hardware and AV peripherals
Basic understanding of networking and IT systems desirable
Video Encoding Experience desirable
Knowledge/Experience of Live Streaming / On-Demand Streaming desirable

Additional Qualifications:

Strong client-facing and customer service experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting live virtual events, webinars, or webcasts.
Familiarity with Investor Relations and Earnings-related events is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Town Hall and Live Events, Zoom Webinar, and Zoom Events is a plus.

Additional Essential Duties:

Conduct presenter rehearsals and technical checks prior to live events.
Maintain compliance with established operational processes, procedures, and service standards.
