You own the steady flow of policy issuance and underwriting support tasks — processing endorsements, new business, renewals, and cancellations — that keep a U.S. Managing General Agency's commercial lines operations moving against service standards. Your work follows established procedure manuals, underwriting workflows, and compliance rules aligned with broker and client expectations.

This is not a rating role. You operate within structured policy issuance queues, interpret underwriter instructions, and are trusted to handle high transaction volumes with accuracy. Best suited for professionals who thrive in process-driven environments, value precision over speed alone, and prefer clear workflows over ambiguity.
