Associate, Trade Activation

Job Purpose

• Responsible for meeting daily call quotas, achieving activation targets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering positive relationships with merchants.
• Conducts daily outbound calls to existing merchants for activation.
• Builds and maintain positive relationships with merchants by providing ongoing support and assistance.
• Assesses merchant needs and endorse to proper channels.
• Meets or exceeds daily and monthly sales targets for merchant
• activation.
• Maintains accurate records of merchant interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.
• Collaborates with internal teams to coordinate efforts and achieve business objectives related to merchant acquiring.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Marketing
• With at least 2 years work experience in the field of marketing and sales
• With excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
• With creative selling skills
• Knowledge of payment processing solutions and merchant acquiring services.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
