Job Description

Description :

Provision, user account management and provide end-user support in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Oracle HRMS, Taleo, Perceptive Content, FloQast and CenterPoint

Conduct industry audits related but not limited to Active Directory, Oracle and other systems supported

Conduct regression testing and UATs

Implement projects and initiatives assigned to the team

Conduct internal training and end-user training

Create/Update management reports, PowerPoint presentations, job-aids, SOPs

What You Bring to the Role

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent

Working knowledge/experience in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, PowerShell scripting, Oracle SQL scripting, Oracle, Taleo and any programming language

Strong analytical skills with a practical approach in problem-solving

Proven ability of interpersonal, team building and communication skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development with ever changing technology

High level of integrity and judgement
