PositionSummary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycleforassignedpositions,fromsourcingandscreeningcandidatesthroughoffermanagementandonboarding.Therolepartnerscloselywithhiringmanagerstoidentify,attract,andhiretalentthatsupportsbusinessobjectiveswhile delivering a positive candidate experience.
KeyResponsibilities
- Manageend-to-endrecruitmentactivitiesforassignedrequisitions.
- Sourcecandidatesthroughjobboards,socialmedia,referrals,networking,andotherrecruitmentchannels.
- Conductinitialcandidatescreeningandinterviews.
- Coordinateinterviewsandpartnerwithhiringmanagersthroughouttheselectionprocess.
- Maintainregularcommunicationwithcandidatesandprovideapositivecandidateexperience.
- Prepareandextendemploymentofferstoselectedcandidates.
- UtilizeWorkdayandotherHRsystemstomanagecandidatepipelinesandrecruitmentdata.
- Ensuretimelyhiringandachievementofrecruitingtargetsandservicelevels.
- Supportrecruitmentprojects,employerbrandingactivities,universityrelationsprograms,andtalentpipelineinitiativesasneeded.
Qualifications
- Bachelor'sdegreeinPsychology,HumanResourcesManagement,orarelatedfield.
- Atleast3yearsofexperienceinhigh-volumerecruitingwithinadynamicworkenvironment.
- Experiencemanagingfull-cyclerecruitment.
- Strongcommunication,stakeholdermanagement,andrelationship-buildingskills.
- ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeapplicationsandHRIS/ATSplatformssuchasWorkday.
- Basicknowledgeofassessmentadministrationandinterpretation
