  • Manage and optimize AI prompts and conversation flows
  • Design structured prompts to improve response accuracy and quality
  • Monitor chatbot performance, logs, and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot issues such as misclassifications, drop-offs, and response inaccuracies
  • Perform A/B testing and continuous improvements based on interaction data
  • Maintain documentation (flows, prompts, configurations)
  • Support in building and configuring dialog flows and automation logic
  • Assist in API integrations and backend connections
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Support chatbot deployment across multiple platforms and channels
  • Collaborate with IT, CX, and Product teams for solution enhancements
  • Assist in basic development tasks (scripts, configurations).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in: Chatbot platforms / Conversational AI
  • Application support, system integration, or similar technical roles.
  • Working knowledge of Conversational AI / chatbot platforms
  • Dialog flow configuration API integrations (REST, JSON)
  • Knowledge of NLP/NLU concepts
  • Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or similar)
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (GPT, Azure OpenAI) is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of system architecture and backend integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to review and interpret chat data and performance metrics
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving technical environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI and automation technologies
  • Ability to handle both operational and technical responsibilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus
