Job Description

PositionResponsibilities:

  • Perform analysis and troubleshooting by coordinating with L2 Support to resolve application issues.

  • Conduct/attend knowledge transfer, shadow training, and reverse shadow training if needed.

  • Generate and monitor and provide daily, weekly, monthly reports to business managers.

  • Perform Ad Hoc tasks and fulfill special projects assigned by Onshore and Offshore Leads.

  • Identifyissuesand apply necessary corrective action or ensure incident and change tickets are assigned to the correct resolver group.

RequiredQualifications:

  • Education: 1-year completed in abachelor'sprogram with relevant work experience of at least 2 yearsbachelor's degreeholders are welcome to apply

  • Experience: At least 1year oftenure in their current position for internal candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Effective English verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt to communication style to suit different audiences.

  • Caneffectivelytranslate complex technical problemsinto business terms.

  • Solution designmindset - Ability to constructively challenge business and technical requirements, as well as proposed approaches, to ensure the best solution is delivered.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, as needed

  • Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:

L1 Application Support Skills orL1.5Batch Job Skills/Experience

(Preferred butnot required): Excellent working knowledge in the following applications and ticketing system tools listed: ServiceNow, CAWLA, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, JIRA, Confluence.
