Job Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for overall country performance of assigned markets for CB Local fulfilment business
  • Analyse and optimise the performance of local fulfilment business, identifying key factors driving success and overcoming bottlenecks in each country
  • Spearhead business growth initiatives by leveraging strategic insights and a data-driven approach, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-border teams to execute plans and achieve growth objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to influence and assist the senior management team to make strategic business decisions through detailed problem statement and data analysis
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports through the consolidation and analysis of business updates and trends from discussions with regional and local teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Min 2 years of experience in e-Commerce, marketplace, business planning, or related fields
  • Self-starter with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Strong team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional analytical skills, adept at structured and methodical problem-solving
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, fostering positive relationships with all parties involved
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills to handle complex tasks efficiently
  • Enthusiastic interest in the e-commerce industry, with a penchant for working with numbers
