Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Sales Manager located in Paraaque. The Associate Sales Manager will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, create and implement sales strategies, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing guidance and training to team members, analyzing market trends, and continuously optimizing the sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Experience in team leadership and the ability to coach and motivate sales personnel
- Knowledge of market research, analysis, and sales strategy development
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant fields
- Prior experience in real estate is an advantage but not required
