Role Description The Associate role at Sagility is a full-time, on-site position based in Quezon City. Associates support day-to-day healthcare operations by handling transactions, documentation, and data entry accurately and efficiently. They collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet process KPIs, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards. The role involves working with internal systems and tools, following established workflows, and communicating clearly with stakeholders as required. Associates are expected to learn and apply process updates quickly, maintain confidentiality of information, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  • Good computer literacy, including proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Customer service orientation, with the ability to manage inquiries, demonstrate empathy, and maintain a respectful, solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a structured, metrics-driven environment, meeting productivity, quality, and compliance targets.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City and flexibly adapt to shifting schedules based on business needs.
  • Previous experience in healthcare operations, BPO, or shared services is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Completion of secondary education; post-secondary or college-level education in any field is preferred.
