Assists the RTS Management Section Head in performing activities of the RTS Management Unit in accordance with the approved standard operating procedures and business targets and strategies.
Ensures analysis, execution of strategies to enable effective redelivery resulting to cost management.
Ensures safety, security and inventory and destruction of all RTS cards & vouchers on hand.
Assists Section head in developing and documentation of sound policies, procedures and controls in managing cards / vouchers released or in custody of accredited couriers.
Conducts UAT related to RTS card updating and other initiatives that may arise from time to time.
Assists RTS Section Head on the projects and processes are aligned with business requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
Has 1-2 years of work-related experience in Logistics, Card Production or Releasing
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and AI
