About the job

Drive impactful creative and media insights for clients by managing endtoend research projects, from design to delivery. Combine strong analytical skills with media expertise to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations. Lead a small team, build trusted client relationships, and support growth through highquality delivery and solution adoption.

A critical success factor will be a strong client partnership, willingness to stretch and stay on top of multiple projects happening simultaneously. The person will also demonstrate high attention to detail alongside flexibility and agility.

Job Goals

1.Client Management & Consultancy

  • Have a clear understanding of client businesses, collaborators, markets, and verticals contribute practical, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong questioning and probing skills to reveal the true business challenges behind client conversations, with the ability to customize research design and insights accordingly.
  • Foster meaningful bonds with clients until you are regarded as an integral member of the team able to give advice and help.
  • Present confidently and regularly facilitate discussions to clarify business issues.
  • Contribute to strategic client account plans.

2. Media Measurement and Creative Expertise

  • Lead the implementation of Kantar's proprietary creative and media solutions along with established approaches (e.g., brand lift, creative diagnostics, creative testing, campaign effectiveness). Deliver clients meaningful insights.
  • Skilled at delivering high-quality insights under tight deadlines, distilling complex research findings into concise, compelling stories that highlight the so what for clients.
  • Establish relevant research procedures (sampling, questionnaire, data specifications) and synthesize multiple data streams (sales, media spend, platform metrics) into persuasive, brief summaries with transparent business impact.
  • Formulate, articulate and validate hypotheses to help build appropriate, relevant and impactful stories.
  • Secures accurate and timely completion of account outputs, including data tables, essential metrics, presentations, reports, and workshops. Balances carrying out own analysis and producing deliverables with distributing tasks among the team.
  • Enhance account efficiency by reviewing, improving, and streamlining processes and systems without compromising quality.
  • Tasked with managing and evaluating junior team contributions to verify the correct and timely delivery of scripts, charting, fieldwork, and data from the designated departments.

3. Commercial & Growth Support

  • Maintain strong delivery and growing client relationships through strong critical thinking and expertise.
  • Support Director in building of proposals and pitches content and pricing (needs discovery, methodological design, costing, proposal drafting, and portions of pitch delivery).
  • Monitor finance processes (paperwork/contracts/PO/billing) carefully and deal with direct costs and time costs with accuracy.

4. People & Team

  • Support and advise 2-3 junior team members by delivering ongoing feedback, monthly check-ins, and timely appraisal input outline clear objectives.
  • Balance direct involvement in analysis and deliverable creation with effective delegation, feedback, and support/management of junior team members.
  • Complete all Performance Appraisals Process responsibilities on time.

Ideal Skills and Capabilities:

  • You have 4-6 years of relevant experience in insights, marketing, or media, including agency, ad tech, or client-side. Your background includes campaign measurement, brand tracking or lift, and creative testing. You possess a strong quantitative foundation. You are familiar with digital platforms such as Google/YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.

  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.

  • Bilingual Business Proficiency: Fluent in English and Tagalog, with the ability to analyze, write, and communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences, including senior executives.

  • Extensive Client Management: Extensive experience managing relationships with clients and various collaborators, having confidence to provide advisory that can influence decisions, and setting clear expectations.

  • Insightful Communicator: Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication skilled at translating complex analysis into practical, business-ready recommendations.

  • Presentation Skills: Proven track record of confidently delivering research findings and strategic recommendations in client-facing settings.

  • Cooperation & Positive Growth Outlook: Cooperative, resilient, and organized, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Exhibits a positive, proactive attitude manages uncertainty with confidence, thinks imaginatively, takes responsibility for challenges, and provides practical, innovative solutions.

  • Leadership: Have experience line managing at least 2 people in the past and able to initiate growth plans for individuals.

  • Research Fundamentals: Adept at questionnaire and sample design, defining data specifications, performing quality checks, charting, and full project coordination skilled in integrating sales, media spend, and platform data.

  • People Management: Experience line-managing a team of two or more, providing guidance, feedback, and development support.
