We're Hiring: Associate Relationship Manager

Novel Capital, Inc. is looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team. In this role, you'll work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless client experience—from account opening and transaction processing to ongoing account servicing and support.

What you'll do:

• Assist Relationship Managers with the account opening process for new clients.
• Ensure timely completion of client documentation and maintain accurate client information across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate and execute client transactions, including trades, payments, remittances, and other wealth management activities.
• Prepare customized account statements and portfolio valuation reports.
• Coordinate meetings and transaction requirements between clients and Relationship Managers.
• Respond to client inquiries and escalate concerns to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Monitor service deliverables and help drive process improvements.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in banking or financial services
• Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• SEC Certified Investment Solicitor on Mutual Funds is an advantage (or willing to obtain certification during the probationary period)
