A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Translate Japanese event descriptions into English (and vice versa) within the complaint database and complete other complaint handling processes as follows;
- Complaint Intake & Assessment and/or
- Complaint Coding & Literature search and/or
- Complaint Determination (including closure of non-complaints events)
- Translation of Event information
- Translate Japanese service reports into English within the complaint database with the support of a Machine Translation tool
- Process the event within the complaint database/system as per instruction
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree is a must for this role
- 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh Graduates with learning agility and experience using MS Office will be considered
- Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N2 or above certification) as the role will require communication with stakeholders from Japan
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Share point, PDF
- Ability to process data accurately and promptly per instruction
