US Associate Project Manager

Location: Clark
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Fulltime
Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM | Monday - Friday

About this role. . .

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of generic pharmaceutical development and launch projects. This role helps keep projects on track by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-functional communication across technical, regulatory, and manufacturing teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

  • Maintain project timelines, task lists, and milestone trackers
  • Track deliverables and follow up on open action items
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and status summaries

Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Support alignment of technical activities with project schedules
  • Assist in resolving routine issues and escalating risks when needed

External Partner Coordination

  • Support communication with CMOs/CDMOs, API suppliers, and packaging vendors
  • Track tech transfer, exhibit batch, validation, and stability timelines
  • Assist with data and document requests from external partners

Regulatory & Quality Support

  • Organize and maintain documentation related to ANDA development
  • Support validation, change control, and quality documentation tracking
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare concise project status updates for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain organized project files and dashboards
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external teams

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields but not required
  • 0-2 years in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing
  • Internships, co-ops, or academic project experience acceptable
  • Exposure to project coordination or cross-functional work preferred
  • Strong organization and time-management
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic project tools
