Job Overview:
We are looking for an L1 Project Manager with strong analytical skills and advanced expertise in MS Excel to support project planning, coordination, and execution. This role requires high attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities.
- Track project progress and maintain updated project documentation.
- Prepare and analyze project reports using advanced MS Excel functions.
- Create and manage Gantt Charts to monitor project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and fix errors in Excel and Excel files hosted on SharePoint.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Identify and escalate risks or issues when necessary.
- Support cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- MS Excel Expert, with the ability to perform:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Gantt Chart creation
- Error troubleshooting in Excel and SharePoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Work Setup: On-site
Shift: Mid Shift (12 PM to 9 PM)
Location: Ortigas & Makati (Occasional)
Salary: Open to discuss from 1 yr to 4 yrs experience
