What will you do

We know today's complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets. You will be joining an existing Project Management team, supported by local staff and further supported by our wider Queensland Project Services Hub.

As an Associate, the scope of work and role will be as follows:

  • Handles project controls role at lead capacity for QLD projects

  • Set up project controls processes

  • Monitors project's performance

  • Supports forecasting

  • Involves on revenue recognition, payment claims, and invoicing

  • Able to communicate and collaborate with the project team

  • Co-author project report

What can you bring to the team

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering

  • 5 years experience in project controls (lead or manager role, with hands on expertise)

  • Technical in cost control and planning / scheduling

  • Wide experience on project management and controls software

  • Expert level on Microsoft software

  • Intermediate to expert level in Primavera

  • With proven experience in setting up projects WBS, cost codes, change management, etc.

  • Well-verse in project report writing
