• should have managed/led large scale projects/programs as Project/Program Manager
• Excellent Communication & Articulation skills
• should have experience in Agile SCRUM methodology and understand all the nuances of Agile
• Stakeholder Management
• Communicate with different customer & internal stakehodlers on requirements, staffing, financials, Contracts
• Communicate with internal project teams on delivery, timelines, riskss
• Taking care of metrics and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Delivery Management
• Complete ownership of delivery
• proactive identification of risks, mitigations and managing risks
• handle & managing escalations
• Managing complete SDLC activities
• Technical abilities
• Development experience and understand the nuances of development and deployment
• should have managed SaaS Platforms
• Good idea on automation
• AI literacy - Good to have
• use of AI tools in daily activities, understanding of SDD, Agent Harness
