The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience, including marketing analytics
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different business functions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support strategic business decisions
  • Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to build productive relationships across the organization

Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage product lifecycle activities for assigned products across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, including item setup, product attributes, product images, costs, dimensions, substitutions, discontinuations, and master data maintenance within NetSuite
  • Collect information from vendors and Product Managers to support item setup and product data accuracy
  • Execute system updates within NetSuite to ensure item master data remains accurate and up to date
  • Generate sales and profit reports through Profit Optics and maintain product information within the PIM platform on a weekly basis
  • Execute go-to-market initiatives for new and focused products, including developing product literature, website content updates, PowerPoint presentations, launch packets, and weekly website updates
  • Track and analyze monthly product sales and gross profit performance against targets
  • Monitor discontinuation reporting, project timelines, standardization success, item setup times, and growth initiative performance
  • Identify substitute products for discontinued items and provide actionable insights based on reporting and analysis from Profit Optics and Business Intelligence tools
  • Support the sales team by responding to product-related inquiries, researching information through company systems, coordinating with sourcing and brand teams, and communicating with vendors as needed
  • Develop comprehensive cross-reference lists by identifying suitable alternatives to competitive products and supporting sales and national accounts teams
  • Assist Product Managers with reporting, analysis, product information, product strategy development, and roadmap execution
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth within assigned product portfolios
  • Gather feedback from sales teams and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product improvements and strategic decision-making
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration with segment marketing, digital marketing, brand, finance, sourcing, and data management teams to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder alignment

  • Grow new product sales as a larger percentage of overall sales within assigned categories and achieve growth initiative timelines and revenue targets - 20%
  • Respond to sales questions within 24 hours - 20%
  • Complete cross-reference requests within agreed timelines - 20%
  • Complete weekly IDSC (Discontinue/Substitute) processes - 20%
  • Complete New Product Introductions (NPIs) and onboarding activities within agreed timelines - 20%
