Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear communication between the client and the creative team.
  • Assist the creative team in the day-to-day operations of production, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production.
  • Coordinate with crew members, talent, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Help organize and manage schedules, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Conduct research and gather materials needed for production, such as scripts, footage, and images.
  • Attend and take notes during production meetings, providing updates on project status and timelines.
  • Assist in the development of content and scripts, including brainstorming ideas and storyboarding.
  • Oversee the logistics of shoots, including location scouting, equipment rental, and securing permits.
  • Provide support during Pre to post-production processes, ensuring that the final product aligns with project objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a production environment (entry-level positions are acceptable).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client relations.
  • A passion for storytelling and a comprehensive understanding of the production process.
  • Proficiency in production software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
