Associate Producer - Esports

Main Duties and Responsibilities

o Assist in planning and executing live broadcast show flow and rundowns for offline esports events

· Coordinate on-site with production, technical, stage, and talent teams to ensure seamless execution

o Cue segments, transitions, and replays during live matches under the supervision of producers and

director

o Ensure quality control for video, audio, graphics, and overlays according to brand standards

. Troubleshoot minor live broadcast issues and escalate complex problems to producers or technical leads

Support post-event review and documentation to help improve future broadcasts

Required Qualifications

o Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Production, Media, Communications, or related field, or equivalent

experience

o 1-2 years of experience in live broadcast support or production assistance, preferably in esports or live

events

· Understanding of broadcast workflows, show rundowns, and live event operations

o Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced live environments

· Availability to work onsite during offline events, including evenings, weekends, and irregular hours
