Job Description

Primary Function:

An Associate PM oversees and deliver site level cross-functional projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, up to closure ensuring project success. This role requires a balance of technical familiarity, decision making, leadership, organization, and good communication skills.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and any related field on Manufacturing, Engineering and Project Management

Experience:

  • New College Graduate
  • Internship with a role in project management and certifications are a plus.

  • Time management and attention to detail
  • Organization of data using modern tools

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and strategically plan projects directed towards project success aligned to ADI's goals
  • Oversee assigned projects and ensure project progress and alignment to schedule
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and sponsors
  • Coordinate project activities and deliverables across multiple teams within ADI
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting project timely delivery
  • Organization of data and documentation
  • Conduct Post Mortems and Review as part of project closure
