Responsible for accurately and efficiently maintaining data within the Back-end Foundry (BEF) PROMIS System to support Requests. Knowledge/experience with Bill-of-Materials and creation in PROMIS environment. Attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and ability to understand requirements is crucial for success in this position.
- Maintain BEF PROMIS database by entering/updating information from source documents
- Ability to understand and accurately create Bill-of-materials
- Resolve deficiencies provided in the source documents
- Collaborate with other team members and other groups
- Maintains data entry requirements ensuring procedures are followed
- Verifies data by reviewing, correcting, or reentering data
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
- Reliable and dedicated with the ability to grasp and apply new procedures quickly
- Excellent organization skills
- Keen attention and thoroughness to detail
- Strong Computer skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Experience with Bill-of-Materials
- PROMIS experience
