Job Description:

The Partnership Associate will support business collaboration efforts, market reach, and relationship expansion for the organization. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills to build and nurture profitable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Acquisition & Outreach:

  • Identify, research, and engage potential partners across relevant markets.
  • Initiate communication through calls, emails, networking platforms, meetings, and events to explore collaboration opportunities.

2. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Serve as a primary contact point for partner coordination, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring mutual value creation.

3. Business Support & Enablement:

  • Understand partner needs, market opportunities, and business use cases to support alignment with company offerings.
  • Provide timely updates, presentations, proposals, and documents required to facilitate discussions and onboarding.

4. Collaboration & Execution:

  • Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and HR to support partner engagement activities.
  • Assist in coordination for meetings, cross-department requirements, discussions, and follow-ups to ensure smooth collaboration.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Maintain partner pipelines, communication logs, and engagement status through CRM or reporting formats.
  • Provide periodic reports on outreach status, partner feedback, risks, and opportunities to management.

6. Market Research & Insights:

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor partner trends, behavioral patterns, and industry movements to support strategic decision-making.

7. Documentation & Compliance:

  • Support preparation of agreements, proposals, and other partnership documentation in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines, compliance norms, and process discipline.
