Role description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Onboarding Operations team in Manilaa strategic location established to support LCH's global growth alongside London, New York, Sydney, and Singapore.

As an Associate, you will serve as the primary liaison for members, clients, and investment counterparties during their onboarding journey. You will ensure a seamless and positive experience from initial application through successful launch and ongoing annual maintenance. This role demands precision, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage complexity in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

You will oversee onboarding for multiple clearing services, including EquityClear, ForexClear, RepoClear, SwapClear, and SwapAgent.

Key responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Onboarding Operations team in Manilaa new location launched to support our growing global business alongside London, New York, Sydney, and Singapore.

As part of the Onboarding Operations team, you will be the primary point of contact for members, clients, and investment counterparties during their onboarding journey. Your role ensures a smooth, positive first experience with LCH, from initial application through successful launch and ongoing annual maintenance.

You will manage onboarding for multiple clearing services, including EquityClear, ForexClear, RepoClear, SwapClear, and SwapAgent, in a fast-paced, client-facing environment that requires precision and strong stakeholder engagement.

  • End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new members, clients, and counterpartiesensuring timely, accurate execution and exceptional client service.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and proactive communication on requirements, timelines, and risks.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and resolve issues quickly, escalate when needed, and maintain accurate data across systems.
  • Risk & Compliance: Validate critical instructions, maintain membership documentation, and support regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Review and refine onboarding procedures, implement system enhancements, and support testing for new tools and automation.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide training on our Salesforce community platform and facilitate internal sessions to strengthen process knowledge.
  • Project Support: Contribute to strategic initiatives and change management efforts that enhance onboarding and client servicing capabilities.

Must Have Experiences & Skills

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in financial services, ideally in onboarding, client services, or operations is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong data management and system troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with clearing systems (Calypso, Murex) and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML) is a plus.

  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
