The Associate Engagement Planner is responsible for the execution, activation, and management of

all tactical plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team. This position works closely with the

broader Engagement Planning team to ensure that execution aligns with approved tactical plan, as

well as the Buying Services Department (BSD) at Compas to ensure flawless execution.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Introductory knowledge of how media influences and engages audiences.
• Developing competency in all CMI planning tools, including Empower, MAP, and MediaVitals
• Assist in the development tactical plans for Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print,
• POC, and Conferences.
• Partner will Compas BSD on all contract execution for Display, Custom Digital Programs,
• Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
• Assist in the creation of production grids and gather specs for creative agencies.
• Meet with supplier-partners to stay current on existing/emerging media technologies.
• Brand specific level work

REQUIREMENTS

• High school degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Adept at compiling, analyzing, and communicating data.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Capable of ensuring day-to-day operations are built to support high-level strategy to achieve peak performance.
