Job Summary
The Associate Media Director supports the Media Director in leading integrated media strategy and client engagement across ATL and digital platforms. You will play a key role in new business pitches and strategic recommendations, acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop insight-driven ATL and digital media recommendations aligned with client business objectives.
- New Business: Lead media strategy and planning for new business pitches and credentials presentations.
- Client Leadership: Present strategies and performance reviews to senior stakeholders and manage senior client relationships.
- Execution Oversight: Review media plans, budgets, and post-campaign analyses to ensure quality and identify optimization opportunities.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior planners and media leads while collaborating cross-functionally with creative and account teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years in media planning/strategy with strong agency experience.
- Expertise: Proven success handling both ATL and digital accounts and a solid grasp of media metrics (GRPs, CPA, ROAS).
- Skills: Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
